Radio Flyer with Rubber Duckies Baby Shower
A special time for any child? Their first Radio Flyer wagon or ride on toy! I still remember the day our son was given his first Radio Flyer wagon from his grandparents. How about a Radio Flyer baby shower?
You can find Radio Flyer gear at your local farm and hardware store. For the RF gear used for the shower, a quick online search for Radio Flyer will yield you online stores you can order the medium sized and the minis (a generic miniature red wagon is MUCH more cost effective if you have a many guests). The mini wagons were handed out as party favors to commemorate the event. At this particular baby shower, the mother kept the sex of the baby a surprise. The add-ins of the rubber duckies kept it a gender neutral event! Every girl and boy loves her/his Radio Flyer and rubber duckies. You can find bulk amounts of rubber duckies fairly cheap and they were great for decorating. In the mini wagons, personalized candies and a mini rubber duck wrapped in cellophane and tied off with red, yellow, and white curling ribbon was a nice take home gift for those in attendance.

 To keep the cost down, red and yellow carnations cut short and placed in bud vases (an inexpensive flower) helped decorate the room.
My gift to mama was a large Radio Flyer wagon that held all the guest's gifts to open at the shower.
